Had to wake up early again this morning, had an 8am class. I skipped the philosophy class on Tuesday morning but decided I shouldn' t skip two days in a row. I've only skipped two classes this year so far (both philosophy), probably because it's my only 8am class. I don't miss too much anyway, we only have four grades in the entire class (all tests). But I probably shouldn't be skipping class because now that I think of it, I'm not doing to well in the class! I have a C......So after my Bible class which gets over at 10:40am, I had the rest of the day to do whatever. First, I went running, an 800 meter workout on the track. All went well and fast. Then I ate the food that I got at the take out in the dining hall. Had an interesting experience with that. First of all, the take out food people aren't very nice! I went down there before my run to get some food (I knew I'd be missing lunch) and I grabbed a box and started putting food in it, but there are certain foods that go along with other foods and your only allowed to take foods that go along with each other. If that makes any sense at all. So it's pretty much a gamble whether I'll get the right "arrangement" or not. Usually I just get whatever I feel like getting and try and cover it up with napkins! But anyways, after my run, I went back to my room and put the plastic box in the microwave to heat the food back up (stuffed shells and vegetables) and then I left the room. When I came back, the microwave was off and I reached in to grab my food. I grabbed the box and pulled it out...pulled it out...but no! The box wouldn't come out! I had to really tear at the box to get it to seperate from the microwave. And I thought it was a microwavable box! But it's not my fault, it's the girls in dorm 2 who I give the blame. The same girls who said it would be fine to microwave the takeout boxes. That's right you know who I'm talking to (Whitney and Ali!).....I went to see Spiderman 2 today in the theatres. Pretty good movie. Yeah, I know, I'm one of the last people to see it. I ended up going by myself (that's right, I have no friends) because everyone I talked to had already seen it (at least that's what they told me!)......I got challenged to a martial arts contest tonight. I probably won't be able to back out either. I was innocently wandering about in the hallway, when I seemingly bumped into one of the many people on my hall who participate in the martial arts classes on campus. It was then when I may have mentioned that with my superior hand speed, I could bring any one of the martial arts guys to their knees in a matter of seconds. Probably wasn't the smartest thing to say, because now a room is all set up for a fight tonight and I'm supposedly going to be one of the contestants. And the martial arts guys decided they'd put me up against "the best" fighter on the hall. Bring it on Ninja man!
